Sari is dual-licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in New York and Florida. She grew up on Long Island and knows the beauty of living here. The Five Harbors is a great community where you really can work, live and play.
Having family in the real estate and mortgage professions, she was exposed to people in the business from a young age. Sari has extensive experience in the hospitality industry that causes her to care about her clients and their needs, while striving to make the best of every situation. Joining the Lucky To Live Here Team was the natural next step in her career due to closely watching Elena and Joyce's journey over the years. She connected with their idea that finding a home is more than just buying or selling property. It is an experience in discovering what makes living on Long Island so special.
The Five Harbors will always have a place in her heart, and Sari is excited to help others find their forever home. She truly feels lucky to live here, and wants you to feel the same way.
Catherine Wallack was born and raised in the Five Harbors on the North Shore of Long Island. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design she set out to fulfill her dream. Catherine’s passion took her to Florida and Los Angeles where she worked in the contemporary art realm as the studio manager for world renowned artist and real estate investor Enrique Martínez Celaya. As the primary liaison between artist and a network of international galleries, museums, critics and collectors; Catherine also managed investment properties for Martínez Celaya. This is when she discovered her love of real estate. She coordinated the photography, staging, construction, marketing and selling of both residential and commercial properties.
Having experienced the reality of relocating in three corners of the country she missed what was special about the Five Harbors and returned home to begin raising a family.
Catherine is excited to be home and be part of the Lucky to Live Here family and looks forward to serving the community by helping others find their dream home.
Catherine’s forte has always been fine art, interior design and architecture. Her heart is in her community where she is an active member of the Board of Conservation of the Environment for the Village of Asharoken. She enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at the Ecumenical Lay Council Pantry. In her free time she spends exploring Long Island with her husband and daughter, traveling, hiking with her two German Shepherds and one Yorkie and tending to her brood of chickens.
Catherine is eager to bring her unique perspective to the Long Island real estate scene. Her dynamic experience, dedication and attention to detail proves to be invaluable. She truly feels Lucky To Live Here.
