As a lifelong resident of Long Island, Lowell developed and interest and passion for real estate at a very young age, in fact, he received his real estate license the day after his high school graduation. “Living on Long Island has really made me appreciate what homes here are worth”. Lowell understands the importance of proper presentation, staging, and décor and works hard alongside his clients to achieve the perfect product. Having graduated college with a degree in business finance, along with being a social media expert and extremely tech-savvy, Lowell is outstanding in marketing and selling a home as is evident in his rapid and growing success. He has gained his knowledge in real estate in part by simply driving around the many spectacular areas on the North Shore. Gorgeous home after gorgeous home, he fell in love with the magnificent and sprawling estates that some people call home. He has developed a strong referral base which can be attributed to his knowledge, professionalism, energy, negotiation skills, and a genuine in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Lowell’s love for real estate expands beyond Long Island all the way to his family’s 15-acre equestrian compound nestled up in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. It is where he spends some of his time enjoying the six race horses his family owns and his father trains and drives. Lowell was very fortunate to have this magnificent sport become a part of his life from the day he was born, as his parents have been well known in the Standardbred racehorse industry for over 35 years. When he is not diligently working with his clients or upstate helping with his family’s business, Lowell can be found partaking in many of his other hobbies. He has been playing tennis since the age of three and has enjoyed many tennis matches with friends as well as his mother, who was a Team Captain and National Tennis Champion in 1997, her victory, in fact, being held at Arthur Ash stadium. Along with being an avid tennis player, since a young age, he has also been very active in martial arts. He began at the age of seven learning basic karate skills which today, has him now perusing boxing, MMA, and kickboxing. With his mother being a long time corporate flight attendant, he realized at a very young age that gorgeous real estate doesn’t begin and end in New York. Her occupation has afforded him the opportunity to travel the world and visit some of the most famous cities on the globe. If you ask Lowell where his favorite place in the world is he will always say without hesitation, “It is the east end of Long Island!” There isn’t a summer that goes by that he cannot be found renting and enjoying a beautiful home in the Hamptons.
