~~With a background in sales, Tina Dougherty started her career in Real Estate with tremendous experience in customer service, and retail sales. After spending several years in the sales of wine distribution on Long Island, Tina opened her own successful clothing store on Main Street, Sayville, called “Gabby’s Closet” for several years. When her daughter, Gabby graduated Bayport High School and went away to college, Tina decided to use her skills and experience to become a Real Estate Agent and joined the team at Coach Realtors in West Sayville.
Tina grew up in Bayport, Long Island and has an extensive knowledge of the South Shore. Tina’s personal attention to her clients is to match them up to their dream home! Her commitment to her clients in incredible.
Tina is married and has three children and still lives in Bayport, Her sons, Brendan and Liam attend Bayport High School and both are terrific Baseball Players.   
Tina is a member of Our Lady of the Snow Church in Bayport, and an active member of the Bayport Booster Club and PTA. She is involved in community service and volunteering at Brookhaven Hospital.
She enjoys her friends, family, cooking and boating, and her new passion, Real Estate!
