Hello, my name is Lyssa Gugliotta and I work for the Smithtown Office of Coach Realtors.  Below is a little information about me that I would like to share with you so that you can get to know me a little better.

After being a Marketing Manager/Director and marketing both products and services for over 20 years, I decided to combine what I do best with what I love most....Marketing Houses!  Being able to use my marketing experience to help others find the perfect home or to sell their existing home is a perfect combination.  With my past companies I have marketed everything from financial services, personal copiers, computers, terminals, fax machines, as well as international mail services (going up against all of the global post offices in the world...not always fun I have to admit ).  Over the years I have met amazing people and have traveled to many great places.  I always try to be an "out of the box" thinker and love to take on new challenges! 

Becoming a Realtor has been a very rewarding career for me.  I get to meet wonderful people all starting a new chapter in their lives, such as the first time home buyer who is both excited but nervous about the huge decision that they are about to make, as well as the seller who has lived in their home for the past 40 years and are now looking to downsize as they go into their retirement years.  I come into these clients lives at the most stressful, emotional and often frightening time in their lives, but am able to be the one to help them through the process and calm their fears with knowledge, experience and dedication.  Helping clients through this process allows me to be a part in the first step in their new beginings, and this is something that I will always consider a privilege. 

I have resided in Smithtown with my husband and two children for over 20 years.  I am a current member of, the PTA in Smithtown Schools, Raise the Bar, Power Agent, National Association of Realtors, Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors.  I currently hold the following Designations/Certifications:  Licensed Sales Agent (LSA), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Realtor Short Sale Professional (RSSP), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), ePRO Certification, Coach Relocation Certified.
