Judith (Peach) brings her extensive background as an attorney working at both large and small firms in New York to the field of real estate. Her experience includes many years handling a variety of commercial litigation matters, as well as negotiating contracts and real estate transactions. She also worked for a few years in the conservation field and successfully negotiated several large local conservation transactions.

With her training, tough negotiating skills and a winning attitude, she is uniquely qualified to help both buyers and sellers negotiate the best terms in a competitive marketplace.

Judith and her husband, Rick Schnier, a lifelong Cold Spring Harbor resident, have three sons all of whom attended Cold Spring Harbor schools, played on local sports teams and still reside nearby.
