With a reputation for boundless energy and integrity, John Mangano brings enthusiasm, passion and an ability to develop long lasting personal and business relationships to The Agency North Shore. John brings a detailed work ethic and willingness to collaborate and mentor both clients and colleagues. John enjoys the challenges of navigating home buyers and sellers through the process thus leading to a rewarding experience. He’s often heard saying, "Never a problem, always a solution.”

John brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to the table garnered over a career that spans more than 30 years. Prior to joining The Agency, he owned a successful graphics, marketing, printing and mailing firm that employed over 100 people. Additionally, he published several weekly newspaper publications on Long Island.

Outside of real estate, John is Director of Business Development & Sales for an exterior maintenance company doing business throughout the United States. John lives in Huntington Village along with his wife Cindy and their newly adopted terrier Sebastian. In his free time, John enjoys woodworking, golfing hiking and spending time with family and friends.
