Experienced in rentals and sales of multifamily building in Nassau and Suffolk County of NY, Nick relies on his strong market knowledge and communication skills to negotiate the best terms and conditions for his clients. He is also well-versed in sales, leasing, 1031 exchanges, property management, business analysis, strategic planning, and inventory management. 

During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Nick has sold over 700+ apartment units throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. In 2022, he received LIBN Top Multifamily Sale in Suffolk County for the sale of Vista Port Jefferson, a 244 Unit Luxury 55+ community that sold for $118MM. He graduated from Baruch College, NY with a BA in Real Estate.
